How it Works

1. Create a treatment plan by simply selecting the presenting problems from TheraScribe 4.0’s extensive problem library from any of the 20 Treatment Planner modules.
    
2. Access the extensive built-in database, which suggests appropriate DSM-IV diagnoses, treatment goals and objectives, and possible interventions. Additional windows let you specify patient data, treatment modality and approach, provider credentials, and prognosis.
    
3. Select, customize and print a homework assignment from one of the many optional Homework Planner modules
    
4. You "point and click" on your selections, and TheraScribe 4.0 writes your patient’s individualized treatment plan.
    
5. After each session, use the new optional pre-written progress notes module to update the clinical record.
    
6. Monitor patient satisfaction, functioning, and symptomatology using TheraScribe 4.0’s outcome tracking module.

• Navigate faster and more easily through the program using TheraScribe’s totally new web-like design
   
• Access the Treatment Planner content from 20 optionally available CD versions of Treatment Planners for a variety of specific populations (e.g., Adult, Adolescent, Child, Addiction, Couples, etc.) or modalities (e.g., Family Therapy, Group Therapy, Crisis Counseling, Pastoral Counseling, etc.)
   
• Select from over 2,500 Behavioral Definitions, Goals, Objectives, and suggested Interventions contained in every optional Treatment Planner module
   
• Review and select from the suggested Interventions for each Objective which are now filtered from the full array of Interventions and displayed separately
   
• Import the content of the new optionally available Progress Notes and Homework CD modules into TheraScribe, allowing for the creation of point and click psychotherapy progress notes and homework assignments
   
• Customize all prewritten content for any specific patient’s treatment plan, progress report or homework assignment. Additionally, all content can be permanently edited and stored for future use

• Enter the patient’s gender and TheraScribe’s report writer will apply the appropriate pronoun to the printed document
   
• Enter default content to many fields and save time by allowing TheraScribe to automatically enter that data for you when a new patient is added to the system
